Career hoteliers Marc MacCloskey and his wife Hilde Stuiver have moved to Cong to manage the 50 bedroom property. The delicious food is matched by genuinely friendly and attentive service in the aptly named Salt Restaurant. With stunning views over the lake, the restaurant spans the entire 1st floor of the original property.
